The Manor Cottage, Tranquility Base and Marmalade Sky are two self catering and one guest suite located in the quiet Baviaanskloof area of Hout Bay, in a quiet cul-de-sac high up on the side of the mountain. It has direct access to the mountain/walks on the mountain.

Note: The Manor Cottage affords level access from street level, without steps, useful for a pushchair/pram or the elderly. The Manor Cottage may be booked together with Tranquility Base, for a group of up to 14.

The Manor Cottage is a lovely home set in the mountains of Hout Bay with two double bedrooms and one with twin beds; main bedroom has a shower bathroom and second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is serviced daily (Mon-Fri).

Marmalade Sky is a lovely self-catering Guest Suite set in the mountains of Hout Bay with a double bedroom with en-suite and a kitchenette fitted with a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and fridge. Marmalade Sky is serviced daily (Mon-Fri).
