Jubilee Lodge, situated on the Liesbeek River in the leafy suburb of Newlands, has stunning mountain views. It is within a few minutes' walking distance from the Newlands cricket and rugby grounds, the best shopping centres, restaurants, cinemas, theatres and the Newlands Swimming Pool.

Two double rooms and a double-room suite are available. All have full en-suite bathrooms, safes, satellite linked DSTV-televisions, 24 hour online ADSL, electric blankets, under-floor heating, heated towel rails and percale linen. The suite has in addition, a fully functional office, a large walk-in dressing room, and a spacious his & hers full en-suite bathroom. Jubilee Lodge offers up-market, elegantly comfortable accommodation with a choice of continental or English breakfasts.

The lodge is five minutes by car from the internationally renowned Kirstenbosch gardens, which is a great venue for sunset outdoor concerts during the summer season. The University of Cape Town is a few minutes’ drive away, and a twelve minute ride by car will have you in downtown Cape Town city-centre, or the "Waterfront harbour complex ".

The Lodge is twenty minutes from Cape Town International Airport and is centrally disposed to all of Cape Town's pristine beaches and tourist attractions, including wonderful mountain walks in the Newlands forest, only minutes away.

Mountain-view Suite

The Mountain-view Suite has a fully equipped office, large dressing room, and stately marble, full en-suite his & hers bathroom with a separate toilet and bidet.

The sound of the nearby trickling waters of the Leesbeek River, with cool breezes carrying the fresh scent of a leafy camphor tree into the double volume space of the large bedroom, augments the tranquil views of the lofty peaks of Table Mountain.

In order secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required.  Confirmation cannot be given without receipt of the deposit.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellations, the following terms will apply:

100% of the total accommodation fee is payable in the case of non-arrivals and the deposit is forfeited.
The deposit is forfeited in full if cancellation is only received within 7 days of arrival date.
If cancellation is received from 7 – 14 days, 75% of the deposit is forfeited. 
From 14 – 21 days 50% of  the deposit is forfeited and from 21 – 28 days, 25% of the deposit is forfeited.
If the length of stay is shortened, 100% of the daily rate will be payable for each day cancelled.
