Golf & Grape House in Somerset West is nestled under the magnificent Helderberg and with glorious views of The Hottentots Holland mountain range across False Bay, where each spring the Southern Right Whales gather. Catering primarily to golfers and wine lovers, we are ideally situated in the cape's winelands and within a short drive from some of South Africa's finest golf courses.

Organising and understanding what a memorable golf holiday means, oblivious of a clients golf handicap are paramount to our success, and your enjoyment. The relaxed and comfortable accommodation is owned by a golf professional, (with many years expertise gained at some of the worlds finest golf resorts) who takes special care of his golfing guests from the country style breakfasts, golf recommendations and course reservations through to the nightly complimentary cocktail hour.

A short 20 minutes drive from Cape Town International Airport and only 30 minutes from the city of Cape Town itself. The perfect blend of being near enough to everything you want, whilst enjoying the charms of a country life.

Golf & Grape House can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time in 4 double sized bedrooms. A King size bed with full bathroom en-suite, and direct access to a quiet patio.

Three other double rooms (can either have double or single beds) please request a preference when making your reservation. A large full bathroom shower, toilet, washbasin and bath are conveniently located for these bedrooms.

All bedrooms have large closets and ample storage cupboards, complete with hangers, an extra duvet, a hairdryer and extra towels.
 
Breakfast can be taken in the light and airy braai room, a quiet garden patio, or terrace looking across the Hottentots Holland range, as you enjoy a choice of,

•    Seasonal Cape fruits and fresh squeezed juices
•    Local yoghurts and cereals
•    Country hams and sausages
•    Mushrooms, tomatoes and hash browns
•    2 eggs any style

All rounded off with croissants, fresh breads, local preserves and as much tea or coffee as you like.

Evening dinner can also be arranged, but reservations must be made prior to 10.00am the same day.
