BEKARU Lodge Bed & Breakfast has been opened in November 2006. We are situated next to the charming Plettenberg Bay in the country side overlooking smooth meadows and surrounded by majestic gum trees.

Experience the comfort of BEKARU-Lodge in a relaxed and peaceful environment, set with in tranquil surroundings. BEKARU Lodge offers six large individually themed bedrooms. Each room has its own balcony or patio and is equipped with satellite TV, air-conditioning, mini bar, safe, hairdryer, tea tray and log-fireplace. Internet access is available. Breakfast in the dining room or alfresco on the patio. There are excellent restaurants nearby. Meals available on request.

BEKARU Lodge is an ideal base from which to explore and enjoy the magnificent surrounding nature.

Nature reserves like " Tsitzikamma Coastal National Park " and "Robberg" invites you to beautiful scenic walks and hikes. Take a swim with the dolphins or whales in the unspoiled Plettenberg Bay. 5 wellknown golf-courses are nearby. There is also Country polo, horse riding, deep sea fishing, sailing, mountain biking, canoeing, day tours on a scenic train route, visiting ostrich and crocodile farms and much more.
